Ranchy sépare l'accès propriétaire et ouvrier. Le propriétaire invite par e-mail, assigne les ranchs et est notifié quand quelqu'un marque un animal vendu, mort ou perdu.

- Inviter des ouvriers par e-mail et assigner l'accès par ranch
- Les ouvriers enregistrent événements et inventaire au champ

Paie, avances et fajinas
L'onglet Finances suit les paiements des ouvriers et les travaux ponctuels (fajinas) : salaires mensuels, avances avec dette en attente et travaux avec paiements partiels.
- Liste des ouvriers avec salaire mensuel en córdobas (C$)
- Historique annuel avec blocs mensuels
- Salaire au prorata si début ou fin de contrat en cours de mois
- Mois marqué « Complété » quand le salaire est entièrement couvert
- Paiements partiels avec solde restant visible
- Avances : dette en attente jusqu'à imputation sur le salaire
- Fajinas : coût total, extensions, accord de paiement et solde dû
- Paiements hebdomadaires, mensuels ou par période pour les fajinas
- Visible uniquement par le propriétaire (masqué aux ouvriers)
