Owners and workers, each with their role

Ranchy separates owner and worker access. The owner invites workers by email, assigns ranches, and gets notified when someone marks an animal sold, dead, or lost.

  • Sign in with your account on the Owner or Worker tab
  • Invite workers by email and assign access per ranch

Finance

Payroll, advances, and odd jobs

The Finance tab tracks worker payments and contract work (odd jobs): monthly salaries, advances with pending debt, and one-off jobs with partial payments.

  • Worker list with monthly salary in córdobas (C$)
  • Payment ledger by year with monthly blocks
  • Pro-rated salary if a worker starts or leaves mid-month
  • Month marked as "Completed" when salary is fully covered
  • Record partial payments with remaining balance visible
  • Advances: pending debt until applied to salary
  • Odd jobs: total cost, extensions, payment agreement, and balance due
  • Weekly, monthly, or start-and-end odd job payments
  • Visible only to owner (hidden from field workers)
